カザフスタン共和国国家保安委員会の将官用礼帽です。カザフスタンの
国家保安委員会(National Security Committee)"Комитет
национальной безопасности"(KNB)は、
旧ソビエトの国家保安委員会（KGB)の後身の機関です。旧ソビエトの国家
保安委員会（KGB)の科色はRoyal Blueで、現在のロシア連邦の連邦
保安庁（FIB)も受け継いでおり、旧ソビエトの共和国であった一部の国々
の保安機関も受け継ぎましたが、カザフスタンは受け継がず、科色はない
形になっています。この礼帽のバンドの刺繍は科色バンドは無く、帽子本体
の色である青緑（Sea Green)の生地に施されています。
礼帽の形やデザインは旧ソビエトの将官用礼帽の形を踏襲しています。
帽子本体の生地は青緑(Sea Green)で、クラウンとフレームの境目には赤の
パイピング、フレームには月桂樹の枝と葉の刺繍が施され、帽章は円形章
で、中心部にカザフスタンの国家色の空色が配され、中心部に５点星が
配されています。クラウンの上部には、金属のカザフスタンの国章が取り付け
られ、顎紐は帽子本体と同じ色の生地が張られ、月桂樹の枝と葉の刺繍が
施されています。鍔はエナメル加工され、表面に月桂樹の枝と葉の刺繍が
施されています。顎紐をとめる両脇のボタンの表面には、カザフスタンの
国章のシールが施されています。

Old Soviet "KGB". "KGB"
had their
department color "Royal Blue "then
" FSB " as security organization
of
Russian Federation took over such department
color and also some security
organization of countries as old republic
of USSR are taking over it as their
department color but security organization
of Kazakhstan didn't take over
thus it has no department color. This dress
cap has no department color band
around cap frame then embroidery of laurel
branches and leaves is given on the
cloth which is same color( Sea Green )with
cap body cloth... The design
of dress cap followed to the dress cap of
USSR's dress cap. The color of cap
body is sea green then red piping is given
around cap crown and border between
cap crown and frame then embroidery of laurel
branches and leaves is given
in the front of cap frame as a wreath of
cap emblem. The cap emblem has
a cockade then sky blue as the national color
of Kazakhstan on the center of
cockade and five pointed star is given on
that sky blue. A metal badge which
is presenting the coat of arms of Kazakhstan
is attached on the upper part
of cap crown. Cap chin strap is attached
same colored cloth then given
embroidery of laurel branches and leaves.
The cap peak is patent processed
then embroidery of laurel branches and leaves
is given on the surface.
The button to fasten chin strap is given
the seal of Kazakhstan on the
surface.
