チリ共和国陸軍の将官用の礼帽です（旧型）。帽章は赤い台地で、中央に
銀色の星と周りに月桂樹のリースが配されています。陸軍の司令官用の
帽章は、中央部にチリの国章の刺繍が施されています。
また、この礼帽はピノチェト将軍が使用していた礼帽と同様、大型の帽章が
取り付けられています。
帽子は紺色でクラウンの周りには赤いパイピングが施され、フレーム部には
赤いバンドが取り付けられています。鍔は黒で、葉と実が配されたオリーブの枝
の刺繍が二列施されています。顎紐は金色の紐タイプのものが付けられています。
勤務用制帽同様、現在は帽章のデザインが変更されています。

The dress cap for Army General of Republic of Chile( last model ). The
cap emblem has one silver star on the center and laurel wreath is
given around it. The dress cap for army commander has the embroidery of
Chilean coat of arms on the center of cap emblem. This dress cap has large
cap emblem same with the dress cap for General Pinochet.
The cap body is dark blue then red piping is given around cap crown. Red band
is given around cap frame. Two rows of gold embroidery of olive branches
are given on the black cap visor. The chin strap is gold cord type.
The current model dress cap has new designed cap emblem for General officers
like as service cap for general officers..
